SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIAÂ
Eclat Indian Jewels uses Australia Post to deliver your orders and we will provide you with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.Â
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number when your order has been processed & shipped. Please allow 2-5 business days for the order to be processed. If you have not received your confirmation, please check your junk/spam mail. If it is not there, then please get in touch with <<<<<EMAIL>>>>>
Please note:Â If multiple orders are placed to be shipped to the same shipping address & name, the shipment may be sent as one package (you may have the same tracking number for the different order numbers).Â
We provide free shipping for any orders above $80 within Australia.Â
Shipping within Australia below $80 will have a flat rate as seen below;Â
- Standard Shipping = $10
- Express Shipping  = $15
SHIPPING TIMES
We are located in Melbourne.
Standard Shipping can take between 2-5 business days within Australia.
Express Shipping can take between 1-3 business days within Australia.
Please note:Â These times are estimates only as shipping can be delayed due to weather and other circumstances. Once your order has been processed with Australia Post it is out of our control on the delivery time. We will not process refunds for late or delayed orders by Australia Post.Â

URGENT ORDERS
However, if you require the order URGENTLY, please choose Express shipping at the checkout and send us an email at contactus@eclatindianjewels.com.au with the Order number. Â

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
We will do our best to get your products to you as soon as possible. However, if your order has not reached you within 14 business days of being dispatched, please email contactus@eclatindianjewels.com.au with the subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order number so we can assist you.Â
If your item has been delivered as per the shipping company tracking number, we are not responsible for the missing package. Please contact Australia Post as soon as possible to solve the problem.Â
Please note:Â The customer is responsible for providing the correct address and name upon checkout. We will contact you as soon as possible through email once we notice an invalid address and offer 24 hours to reply back in provide us with the correct address. If we do not receive any answer the order will be cancelled and refunded.Â

ORDER RETURNED TO SENDER
If your order has been returned back to us due to missing delivery, or not picked up from the nearest Australia Post Office (stays at the post office for 14 business days, a postcard will be delivered to your address to notify you) or due to missing information from address (e.g., unit number, house number), or incorrect address. We will ask for payment for shipping again to the customer as we have to pay for the package to be returned to us and shipped out again. The order will be shipped out again once payment for the shipping has been processed and the correct address has been provided.
However, the order will not be able to be eligible for a refund as we are not held responsible for incorrect addresses as customers will be held responsible. Â
