Returns Policy

At Eclat Indian Jewels, we place a high value on the quality of our products. Hence, all items go through stringent quality controls and checks before they are dispatched to our customers. However, in the unlikely scenario that your jewellery item is damaged during shipment, please email us the photos or video of the damaged item at contactus@eclatindianjewels.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Our customer support team will further notify you through email if your product is eligible for return and how to initiate the return process.

It is important to note that our products are eligible for return only if damage occurs to the items during shipment. We do not accept returns for any other reasons such as change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product. Our strict quality checks ensure that our customers receive only the best quality products from us.  Products Not Eligible for Return

According to our return policy, products damaged as a result of wear and tear or dissatisfaction with the product, would not make it eligible for return/exchange. This means that if you have worn your jewellery and it has suffered damage, we would not be able to accept it back for a refund or exchange. These guidelines provide you with tips on how to clean and store your jewellery, as well as how to protect it from damage. By following these guidelines, you can help to minimize wear and tear on your jewellery, which can prolong its lifespan.

Product Exchange 

As per our return policy, we regret to inform you that we do not accept exchanges for any items due to change of mind or if it doesn't meet your needs. This is because we cannot refund/ exchange due to hygiene purposes. Our products come with detailed specifications in their descriptions regarding their size, length, finish, and other details.  We urge you to read these details carefully before making a purchase to avoid any inconvenience later on.
